Krystal has owned and operated a successful, licensed in-home childcare business for the past six years. Her continuing education and practicum in childhood development earned her a top rating in Minnesota’s Parent Aware Program. Krystal has dreamed of opening a childcare center for years where she could meet every single need of each child. She strongly believes that “it takes a village to raise children” and couldn’t be more excited about the possibilities that this center will provide for the children in the Stewartville, MN and surrounding communities.

Prior to opening her childcare business, she worked in management as a supervisor for a large retail corporation. She thoroughly enjoyed the challenges of recruiting and developing a strong team of associates. She looks forward to creating an amazing team of motivated staff to provide high quality care for the children at Sprouts. She understands the longevity of Sprout’s employees will have a huge positive impact for the children in our care as well as their families.
